As a therapist, I work within a relational - integrative approach. In my practice, I combine different psychotherapeutic methods, adapting my approach to each individual's needs and life situation.
I use a relational perspective to help clients explore how their experiences, relationships, and environments influence their emotional well-being. I aim to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space, offering insight and gentle challenge to support clients in exploring issues that may feel overwhelming or hinder progress toward lasting change.
In psychotherapy, what matters to me is not only what can be named and described with words, but also what is felt in the body. I use a somatic body-mind approach, which helps you listen to the subtle signals coming from your body and treat them as an important source of self-knowledge, showing how our emotional experiences can sometimes be felt physically.
